  There are not many doctors' offices like this one anymore. A genuinely caring staff of medical professionals. They take time with the older folks to ensure they feel valued and that their issues are well communicated. I would not take my mom anywhere else!

  My uncle was new to the area and suffered a stroke, and I asked the case worker for help finding a local primary care physician; she said she had heard good reports on Dr. Joseph. What a great tip! He is thorough and really pays attention to his patients. He didn't rush through the check-up, and took time to talk with my uncle and really listened to his answers. The office staff were very nice and joked around with us. We had about a 20 minute wait. I wish doctors were always on time with their appointments, but I'm willing to factor in a wait for Dr. Howard. I like what he does with his time.
