  This office and Dr. Renfroe are the best! I have been going to them for years and have never had a problem with them. Not one. They are wonderful and amazing people who go above and beyond to help you out.

  My daughter sees Dr. Renfro and don't get me wrong he is good, BUT his staff is ridiculous ... I called to schedule and appointment due to my daughter having and acute change and was getting worse by the day I asked for and appt as soon as they could get her in due to her getting worse they told me the closest they had was in January four months away... Then I spoke with his nurse and she says the only way she can get me in that week was if I got my daughter's physical therapist to call and speak to them so I did and the nurse called me two days later stating there was an cancellation that he could see me the following day at ten in the morning so the next day I show up about two hours early due to how far I have to drive I wanted to make sure I didn't miss the appt the front desk lady tells me do you know your early I said yes mam I do and she told me well you can have a seat I'll check you in at ten.... I asked why can't you check me in so the he knows I am here? and at this time me and my daughter are the only people here ... she said because your appt isn't until ten ..yes I know that but if he can get my daughter in sooner why not try? That's not putting the patient in consideration that's just ridiculous ... I work in an cardiologist office and if I can get someone in sooner without the having to wait even if they came early I'm going to do that for them .. I know how an medical office works and this office is incompetent idiots.
